Mariano Nandin, Jr., MA

Mariano Nandin, Jr. MA  is a graduate of Angelo State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a minor in Math.  He earned his Master of Science degree from the University of Denver in Systems Management.  His military career in the Air Force started as an Airframe Repair Specialist repairing B-52 and KC-135 aircraft.  He earned his ROTC commission through Angelo State University and spent the rest of his career as a communications/computer officer doing software development, maintenance and testing on air defense, command and control systems; and satellite communications supporting the warfighter. 

After retirement he worked for the MITRE Corporation and currently works for Jacobs Technology in the same career field.  His passion is helping others in the community achieve their dreams and supporting church activities through the Knights of Columbus.  He is an internet business owner and enjoys golf, music, and rebuilding/maintaining old cars.  As a member of the Colorado Springs Rod and Custom Club he is the rod run chairman and has organized the clubs annual event for the past several years.

Understanding the needs of veterans transitioning from military service, he knows the significance and importance of the VetPropulsion Program to help guide veterans in the search of their next career.  His first exposure to The VetPropulsion Program, ignited his passion to help those who have served find a meaningful career and drove him to become a part of this meaningful and rewarding venture.
