Jerry Paul

Jerry Paul is an 18 year British Army Veteran and experienced operations manager.

Educated at King Edward VI School in Totnes, Devon, England, majoring in English Language, English Literature and Geography. He went on to study Vehicle Technologies at South Devon Technical College prior to enlistment and subsequently, joined the Corps of The Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers at the Army School of Electrical and Mechanical Engineering, where he qualified as an Institute of the Motor Industry Certificated Automotive Engineer.

He served in 7 Armoured, 3 Commando and 19 Infantry (Air Portable) Brigades; 1st and 3rd Armoured Divisions; the Gurkha Field Force, Gurkha Brigade (Far East; Hong Kong and Brunei); British Forces in the Falkland Islands and United Nations Peacekeeping Forces in Cyprus as well as being a Northern Ireland and Gulf War veteran.

On finishing his service he worked in the United Kingdom for 5 years as a Distribution Manager and Business Process Auditor for a major UK national home delivery distribution company, where he qualified as a Business Process Improvement Facilitator, and subsequently for 3 years as a Boat Storage and Repair Yard Manager and Service Quality Audit Team Leader for an international marine leisure industry leader.

Jerry relocated to Colorado in 2002 and was employed as a Service and Operations Manager by a major national truck leasing/rental company in Denver, Colorado, where he additionally trained and qualified as a Six Sigma Green Belt. He is active in a number of Veterans and other organizations in his community and nationally and is dedicated to assisting his fellow veterans in their transition from a military to a civilian working environment.  Follow Jerry on LinkedIn at
